CRINGE: Republicans Cry Over Crook Harry Reid

As usual, we have hormonal issues with the men in the Republican Party. Days ago, former Senator, and veteran DC screwjob artist Harry Reid (D-NV) plunged into Hell, dying of pancreatic cancer (what he was to most Americans).

During his tenure, his notoriety came from taking advantage of Sen. Mitch “Turtle” McConnell’s weakness, being Obama’s lapdog, and winning his last term via totally coincidental election night happenings. When he finished legislatively buggering Americans, he retired to southern Nevada, where he became irrelevant until death.

While many celebrated his Hell denizenship, there was a certain “conservative” praising Reid’s “service” as a Democrat kingpin.

Gubernatorial candidate and self-proclaimed comedian Chad Prather mourned a man that would have never done the same, and made it clear he was a man that would’ve told Benedict Arnold “thank you for your service.” And no, that doesn’t make you the “better man;” it makes you a weak stooge sympathetic to your enemy.

The proper response to anyone claiming subversive-coddling is virtuous

Let’s view some examples of Reid’s “service” Prather jibbers about: mainly things our founders would strongly oppose. While Reid was no AOC, he was terrible nonetheless.

Firstly, Reid was among the first Democrats to back not only the ethics dumpster fire called Obamacare, but also the infamous DREAM act, which allowed full amnesty for anchor bastards on loosely enforced conditions in the Left’s plan to flip America blue forever. That’s not “service” to one’s country : that’s subversion.

Secondly, Reid “won” his reelection bid in 2010 under suspicious circumstances. For those not politically engaged in the Tea Party years, his GOP opponent Sharron Angle led in every poll, including among Democrat pollsters. With Reid’s dwindling popularity, it seemed obvious Angle would win. But on election night, after a strange news blackout on vote totals from Nevada, the results were in.

Looks pretty sus.

The 2020 election wasn’t the first one to have odd coincidences, especially in Nevada. Keep in mind, during the 2010 midterms, Nevada otherwise saw massive GOP gains, even winning the governorship, and winning 16 Legislature seats. But somehow, Reid won by almost six points.

On election day itself, allegations surfaced of voter intimidation by the Reid campaign and sycophants in the casino industry, pressuring workers to show up for Reid on election day.

I wonder if Prather considers voter fraud and intimidation service.

To put it bluntly, Prather, like Abbott and many other emotionally weak Republicans, appears to consider a lifetime of scamming, subversions, and huckstery as praiseworthy and honorable. Unlike Abbott though, Prather is likely well intentioned, thinking the other side will be kinder if he does a little appeasement.

We imagine most conservatives shedding tears over Reid will probably defend themselves saying its the “conservative” thing to do, since conservatism is apparently about saying nice things and yelping “muh decency, muh process” ad nauseum. Nevermind that there’s objectively nothing conservative about honoring wrongdoers, and claptraps.

Considering their similar responses to Reid’s earthly exit, Prather might want to reconsider his stance. If he wants to portray himself as a serious alternative to Abbott, he might want to ask himself “would Abbott say something this nonsensical” before he posts things. We know he’s a comedian, but these are matters to consider when running a campaign.

Unlike Prather though, Abbott takes cues from Biden

It’s important for true Rightists to know schadenfreude is justified when battling the Left. As we’ve covered at least twice, the Right has an absurd habit of being kind to those who’d twerk on their graves, or worse; they already defile your ancestors graves and monuments, what do you think they’ll do to yours?

When dealing with these opponents, it’s important to crush this tendency wherever we can, and encourage others to do the same. Besides, the number ONE complaint from GOP voters (as explained in our Under 30 quintet) was that the party is too weak, and capitulates too often, not that we’re too “mean.” Allen West and Don Huffines acknowledge this reality, and took the initiative in condemning cowardice, as they should.

In light of recent events, Current Revolt will still keep our stance of ABA: Anyone but Abbott. That said, Prather should either reconsider his warmth toward traitors.

As for our readers, we insist you confront soft Republicans on this if you’re among their supporters. Furthermore, to all grassroots Texans, whether for Huffines, West, or Prather, stay active in your community’s politics, call out screwjobs on sight, and of course vote in the coming GOP primary.

In addition, when a well-intentioned but misguided friend bemoans Leftist misfortunes, correct him/her and ensure that friend leaves more enlightened than when he/she arrived. In increasingly unstable times, redpilling even one person can impact a movement or election. Remember, YOU are the real Chad.
