FORMER SUPPORTERS MESSAGE HULL TO REMOVE ENDORSEMENTS FROM WEBPAGE (again)
Turns out ‘FMA’ in this situation might mean ‘Free My Ass’ (from an endorsement of Lacey Hull).
Sources tell us that over the last several days, Hull received messages from individuals asking to have their endorsements pulled from Hull’s website.
Prior to this week, Hull’s website had over 133 endorsements listed from small business owners, precinct chairs, and many others.
Endorsements listed on Hull’s page prior to this week
Hull’s website is now sitting at only 15 endorsements:
We have been told the mass exodus of endorsements happened after individuals realized that Hull was carrying over previous endorsements from her last election, with many no longer wanting to be associated with Hull after her affair with married Rep Cole Hefner became public.
This wouldn’t be the first mass withdrawal of Hull’s endorsements. Back in 2020, Hull had several endorsements removed after news of her affair was beginning to become public.
Activists, groups, and organizations are beginning to realize that character and behavior of elected officials are important factors when considering endorsements, and not simply just a voting record.
We’ve also heard about something having to do with lasers but we’re still working to confirm this rumor.
