Abbott Officially Creating Permanent Virus Regime just as Texas Fades from Red to Blue
This whole situation started innocently enough. Abbott, jealous of Texans’ killer squat gains, used the rumor of a plague-like virus with mysterious Chinese origins to shut down our gyms. Now that my legs are officially jello-o, we see it’s much bigger than just the gyms.
Governor Greg Abbott signed an extension to his Disaster Declaration on Saturday.
The declaration, which was first issued on March 13, continues the proclamation that the novel coronavirus “poses an imminent threat of disaster for all counties in Texas.”
He says the virus poses an imminent threat of disaster, yet he has already declared a disaster. The logic of this would follow that most, if not all, counties in Texas are not actually experiencing a disaster, but are theoretically under some kind of disaster threat.
This cripple jerk is totally out of control. There is no model whereby we can be in a disaster situation from a cold virus in July/August.

Most people don’t know what these disaster declarations mean. Basically, it means the constitution is selectively suspended. That is to say, you have no constitution.
Did you know that we have been under a National Emergency since the 9/11 attacks? Even though everyone who did the attacks is dead, and even after invading all those countries, we are still under a national emergency looking out for ‘something’ to be happening. From Bush to Obama to Trump, they renew this National Emergency every year. They do this because it gives them more power by nullifying the constitution.
If you really wanted to understand how off the rails our country is, you can research yourself and see that the United States has been in a constant state of national emergency since 1933. These powers give the president authority to do basically anything, including taking all of your possessions and making you work without compensation. These are actually laws on the books right now.
Now it appears the States have caught onto this scam as well, and we have a forming State-level permanent State of Emergency to oppress us.
But don’t worry, elected Republicans are writing letters and filing lawsuits even though the law already says they have all these insane powers to do whatever they want.
