Cat Parks is Undermining the Republican Party of Texas From Within

The most important moment in the history of the Republican Party of Texas since its founding in 1867 came on November 9, 2020 when Allen West uttered two words – Political Traitor.

As Texans know, Republicans here have been running a scam on their voters for quite some time. Incumbents run on a platform claiming they will deliver numerous promises while not only not delivering, but typically delivering the exact opposite.

Typical Broken Promises:

Limited government

A vague, ambiguous goal. Probably the biggest joke of all as we continue to live under biggest government in world history. The government spies on Texans and does innumerable things to actively harm us, UP TO AND INCLUDING allowing random people to come into our country to drive down our wages and disenfranchise us through vote dilution. The government has determined such random foreigners will be less resistant to their big government, globalist control agenda.

Low Taxes, Limited Spending

Another vague and ambiguous goal. Property taxes in Texas are some of the highest in the nation, and the state has reached a point where it can’t even keep the electricity running while simultaneously running a bunch of financial scams consisting of corporate handouts to mega corporations, etc. Bridges will probably start collapsing soon.

Gun Rights

They are not actively trying to confiscate our weapons, which seems to be their biggest accomplishment. However, during the last 10 years, more years than not you haven’t been able to find any ammo to buy. (The government has no problem buying ammo, I can promise you that.)

Abortion

Usually referred to as a “pro-life” position because it’s more vague and ambiguous than anti-abortion. 99% of Republicans are terrified to do or say anything about abortion. Yet due to the policy’s popularity (Texans never got to vote on this issue) Republican lawmakers have been relegated to passing ever-more obscure and esoteric bills, using painfully twisted logic to explain how the latest scam legislation is “pro-life.” Recently in Texas, these tactics have involved adding more and more paperwork to the abortion process, which is heralded as an accomplishment in re-election campaigns.

Israel

Totally iron-clad commitment to making everyone in Texas support Israel. Forming state committees to persecute anyone who talks bad about Israel, forcing state contractors to support Israel (but not America,) and threatening online websites that allow criticism of Israel.

Ok, wait. Maybe the GOP does deliver on Israel for the Israelis. Ignore this point. Promises kept!

Election Integrity

This is a new hot button issue for 2020. The funny thing is, if you asked anyone involved in elections a year ago, or any elected officials before November, they would have told you we do have election integrity. So the bar for delivering on “election integrity” is to literally pass anything, which they will happily oblige.

The typical GOP scam.

There are two types of Republicans—ones who are OK with the scams and deceptions, and Republicans who are not.

The Vice Chair of the Republican Party of Texas, Catherine “Cat” Parks, has brought her own version of the scam agenda to the Texas political scene, and people are starting to notice.

I think we all deserve to know why Cat Parks is seeking to sabotage what the Republican Party of Texas is trying to do.

Recently, Cat was featured in a fluff piece in the Texas Tribune highlighting how Parks is “paving her own path” in what was clearly an endorsement of her agenda from the leftist outlet.

Obviously, the left likes the direction Cat Parks is trying to go. Conversely, the left obviously doesn’t like where Allen West is trying to go.

Really makes you think.

Texas Tribune:

Four years ago, the chair of the Republican Party in Hamilton County, a rural county about an hour west of Waco, was getting ready to retire. Around that time, Cat Parks’ husband was sitting on the porch of his ranch one evening, drinking whiskey with a neighbor, when the neighbor asked if he knew anyone up for the job.

“If you could get Cat to do it, she’s the one,” he replied, as she tells it.

Before long, Parks was being sworn in as the next chair of the Hamilton County GOP — and within a few years, she was taking over as vice chair of the state party, a swift rise in a world of Texas GOP politics that tends to reward players with much longer resumes inside the party.

They don’t even try and hide the fact that Cat Parks just appeared out of nowhere, having no real actionable agenda, never articulating a vision or worldview, and yet was put in charge for some reason.

Now Parks is turning heads again as she paves her own path at the state party under Allen West, the bombastic former Florida congressman who has alienated some fellow Republicans with his sharp-elbowed leadership as chair.

“She came out of nowhere,” said Bunni Pounds, a veteran party activist who worked with Parks when she chaired the Texas GOP’s Candidate Recruitment Task Force last election cycle.

She came out of nowhere, alright.

In fact, prior to about 2019, there isn’t a trace of her political views to be found anywhere online.

We do have a this from her 2020 Vice Chair campaign. In what looks like a video from her campaign entitled “What Texas Republicans Need” she states what Republicans need is to just elect Republicans.

Obviously, we’ve elected countless Republicans for a decade, having years of supermajorities controlling the government while also accomplishing nothing concrete. In fact, not only has nothing good happened, the reader is no doubt aware that the situation is actually terrible right now, and getting worse by the day.

Conversely, RPT Chairman Allen West routinely provides lengthy commentary to members of the Party. These include historical examples juxtaposed to the events of the day, as well as his philosophical views on relevant political matters.

Cat Parks reposts boilerplate takes with “hand clap” emojis.

Regular readers may be aware, we have a particular fondness for a certain female freshman Republican in the Texas House out of the Houston area who basically does the same “rah-rah” Republican cheerleading bit.

If Cat Parks were simply occupying the Vice Chair seat and being a cheerleader for the status quo, she would be one of many doing that. The list of people wasting our time is very long.

However, this isn’t all she is doing.

A few issues have drawn more than just a few 👏 lately.

There’s only one problem — they are unpopular views that not only undermine the party’s agenda, but they often go explicitly against Highly Respected Leader Chairman Allen West’s vision.

After countersigning West on Texas independence and reaffirming her allegiance to the oppressive government in Washington DC, Parks attempted to provide cover for the upcoming Screw Job Legislative Session 2021 by implying that Republican lawmakers ignoring the party priorities and accomplishing none of the things voters actually want is a good thing.

Again, it’s not just Parks who seems to be fine with wasting the voter’s time.

However, what most cheerleading Republicans aren’t doing is saying we should surrender on the marriage plank of the Party platform, abandon the goal of straightening families, abandon our Christian tradition, and publicly saying we need to promote homosexuality in the GOP.

For some reason Cat Parks is doing this.

One area where Jackson and Parks split was on a perennial debate within the state party: whether to give a convention booth to the Log Cabin Republicans. Jackson had opposed letting the LGBT group have a booth, citing the party platform plank on “traditional marriage,” while Parks was more open-minded, saying at one forum, “I welcome all coalitions. If they are Republicans, we need them.”

Traditional marriage is in the platform because nobody in the Party wants homosexuality to be a featured fetish that people parade around. People who are interested in “conserving” society know this is not what makes a nation strong.

In fact, Parks sent a letter to everyone on the Senate Republican Executive Committee urging them accept the Log Can Republicans (homosexuals who openly identity as homosexuals who possibly vote Republican) as an official party coalition and grant them a booth at conventions where children can go up and talk to the homosexuals. She said her child would be able to “explore the world” by experiencing the openly homosexual political scene, and that her 9-year-old child would be able to “think critically” about what it means to be a homosexual Republican as he gazed upon the Log Cabin booth.

Here’s the thing — I don’t have to make the argument for why this is bad for Texans and the Republican Party. Texans have spoken on this issue, and voted on it repeatedly.

Everyone understands the only reason this is even within the realm of acceptable discussion is because of the oppressive central government forcing their own views about homosexuality onto us, using an incoherent argument as the court claimed that same-sex marriage was actually in the constitution all along.

While there was a very emotional tone in Cat Parks’ letter, her argument was pragmatic. Parks said that we should do a Gay Republicans club thing because it will win elections.

However, there is zero evidence this will work. In fact, California Republicans tried doing Gay Republicans in 2015, and since that time the California GOP has fallen to a “superminority” party status.

So no, Cat, it’s not “long past time” for us to adopt any of your ideas. It’s long past time for you to explain yourself.

Why should we go along with your unpopular views, and why didn’t you campaign on this issue when you sought election for Vice Chair?

Is Gay Poly Throple Republican Club next?

Is Gay Poly Throple Republican Club next?

Parks has further sought to undermine the Republican agenda when she followed Greg Abbott’s lead by attacking Gab, the most-promising free speech platform in America run by a conservative Christian, Andrew Torba.

Parks released an official statement calling for the Texas GOP to deactivate the Party account on Gab because she said she browsed the free speech site and found it to contain free speech.

While nobody I know is taking any of her views seriously, to have this stuff coming from the top of the grassroots is a cancer within the body politic of our young, new movement.

We are allowing the insidious cancel culture to thrive due to our cowardice in challenging and confronting it.
— Allen West, 3/15/2021

Cat Parks doesn’t have to resign, although I obviously think she should, but if she won’t resign she needs to get with the program, quickly.

Chairman West’s message yesterday was excellent. You should read it.

What he says about the Tenth Amendment is obviously just what you have to say. Everyone knows understands that the Tenth Amendment is not a real solution in and of itself.

What West says about the the other states and the federal government being the real secessionists is 100% on point, and a talking point that everyone needs to adopt.

So much of the message is truly on point, as is typical from the Brilliant Leader.

Now we have the FBI raiding homes of Americans and arresting them, with no bail, because of the events of January 6, 2021, wherein an unarmed woman was shot in the back by a Capitol Police officer, and killed. For the left, this former US Air Force veteran’s death is justified, her life meaningless because she was white. If she had been Black, perhaps her family would be getting a $27 million payoff.
— Allen West, Leader of the People and the Movement

Going along with what what we wrote about Texas Independence and the next steps you should take to make it happen, there’s another thing you can start doing today to aid in our cause of liberty.

What you need to do is start letting people know that a revolution is coming.

Revolutionary times are coming.

The next American revolution is coming, it is here, it is Texas. People need to start preparing mentally and spiritually. Use the word “revolution” and let them know that Texas will be the New America, the lone shining star representing human liberty worldwide.

Revolutions seem impossible before they happen. In hindsight, it seems like it was inevitable. It’s just one of those things.

IMG_7457.jpeg

Of course, this is extremely dangerous. We may succeed, and we still may be destroyed — such a rebellion from the globalist hegemony may very well end up destroying the whole world. But it would it not be because of us, it would be because no one is allowed to be independent in the world that the Republicans like Cat Parks are blindly leading us towards, focused on homosexual booths and hiding from free speech while our rights are taken, our economy is destroyed, and our chains of bondage are being forged under the pretext of keeping us safe from a fake pandemic.

IMG_7458.jpeg

We don’t cover national politics here, but I follow it. I’m sure the reader does as well.

Enjoy that third stimulus check this week, if you are lucky enough to get it, but it’s over folks. There is no path to freedom or a future filled with widespread prosperity for the people of Texas while Texas is linked to the dark forces that steer the government in Washington, regardless of what Cat Parks says to the contrary.

It is our right to be independent from the oppressors who are doing us harm. That is the only truth we need to hold self-evident for the next few years.

May God be with us in these righteous endeavors, with our glory given to Jesus Christ, His Only Begotten.
