Many in the town are surprised to see such an aggressive strategy after their CRT master-plan caused such a backlash. Even after 3 new trustees were elected by wide margins running on the single issue of opposing CRT, the leftists are pushing ahead as planned.
I guess they are feeling confident.

We recently wrote about some of the happenings in public education in Texas, how Carroll ISD is being terrorized by the federal government for disagreeing with CRT.
Anyone from Texas has undoubtably heard about Southlake via their high school football program. They win lots of games, typically by large margins. With a median household income well over $200k, Southlake’s drive to win extends beyond the football field.
It’s also a very white town, so you’ve got that whole angle of CRT hatred from the usual suspects. I think this magazine cover from many years ago captured the hatred pretty well.
So when the CRT agenda failed in Southlake, it was a big deal, because the leftists literally hate them and have been trying to spread that hate for at least 15 years.
But instead of trying to sneak back into power by flying under the radar, the leftists are running an aggressive LGBTP promotion campaign.

She’s gonna make sure your kids know about all their options… sexually speaking.
The incumbent, who was appointed to the seat in 2016, decided not to file for reelection after their school district became an idealogical war zone.
After the story about the new civil rights lawsuit brought by parents a 12 year old Southlake student being bullied for telling everyone he was potentially sexually aroused by anyone , I decided to check in on their school board elections race and all I can say is YIKES.
I go to the candidate’s personal page and the very first video has some kind of underage lesbian kiss scene.
Your secret is safe with him.
Even her shoes send a message about her promotion of acts that are still technically illegal in the state of Texas.
She also has a group she started, Love Every Dragon (LED) which has a website where homosexuals young and old can meet up and chat in a virtual “den.”
It just gets weirder.
