RUMOR: *BIG* LOSER BINGHAM VYING FOR GUZMAN SCOTX SEAT?
Our Secret Squirrel network of informants occupy every office, political position, grassroots, and neocon group in Texas. We’ve gotten this tip and it’s, quite literally, a big one.
The rumor now is that former YR and GOP Vice Chair, and current failed Democrat lawyer, Elizabeth (Two-Names) Alvarez/Bingham is vying for Eva Guzman’s former Supreme Court Justice seat.
If you’ve lived in Dallas County and worked in politics, you’ve probably heard of ol’ Liz back when she was involved in Dallas county elections. After taking too many L’s, and expensing far too many double cheeseburgers, she has gone into exile in Forney, Texas where she posts very interesting things on Twitter all day.
There’s also rumor that the the local GOP just wised up and realized that she’s essentially a leftist with slightly better fiscal views. Most had figured this out a while back, and she continued to deny it, but she’s recently given up on hiding being a Democrat and has finally come out of the closet. Most recently, she spent time working for a very hardcore leftist Democrat by the name of Donald Parish Jr.
Without a doubt, Parish Jr. is a hardcore Democrat. Why is former YR and GOP vice chair working for a Dem? Well, you don’t need us to tell you that.
Parish Jr. went on to lose his City Council race. Alvarez-Bingham, who once criticized the claim that Donald Trump had the election stolen from him via fraud, decided to borrow that tactic from Trump and file a lawsuit against the City of Dallas claiming election fraud.
Interesting to note here that, although Liz used to go by her married name of Bingham, she seems to have recently dropped it completely and gone back to her maiden name of Alvarez. Why? Who knows. Maybe to remind people she’s Hispanic or something.

Anyway ol’ Liz was a mess. She couldn’t even spell her client’s name properly, and the city basically ignored her (rightfully so) and her suit went nowhere. Her Democrat client lost. Bigly.
BONUS TREACHERY: Elizabeth Bingham Alvarez is also responsible for the weakening of HB6 which was supposed to secure our elections.
But Bingham, an election law litigator, was instrumental in urging the Republican negotiators to accept most of the proposed changes to the bill, Democratic negotiators told me.
Why anyone other than a Democrat would consider her for a SCOTX position is beyond me. Until then we’ll just have to see what happens.
Our suggestion to Liz is not to run and just get an additional vaccination instead
File this one under “big if true.”
