Abbott Hints at Real Solution to Austin Commies
For the moment, most Republicans will still rebuke the Democrats when they start to roll out these lunatic policies that would have been unthinkable just a few years ago. The problem is, they agree with every leftist assumption and moral code right up to the point of the kooky solution.
This is why Republicans and “conservatives” (not just RINOs) are incapable of acting. They’re leftists with amendments. They can dispute this all they want, but the results speak for themselves.
Here, we see Greg Abbott taking the talk, which is basically the same as what I’m doing here. The question is, how serious is he about this and will he actually do anything?
Gov. Greg Abbott on Thursday said he would be deploying Texas Department of Public Safety troopers in Austin in response to the city council’s decision to remove $150 million from the Austin Police Department’s budget.
Austin City Council members voted earlier in the day to reinvest funding from the Police Department to various social programs, including mental health response and violence prevention.
Abbott, in a written statement on Thursday, suggested that the city put political agendas ahead of public safety.
Thats a very astute observation, chair man. Although Abbott didn’t explain what the political agenda is specifically, Attorney General Ken Paxton did.
He [Paxton] also said the decision was motivated by “cancel culture.”
Hate to break it to ya, Ken. But under your leadership, “cancel culture” is the Law of the Land in Texas. But let’s define this for what it really is, cultural Marxism and Bioleninism. These are crude terms used to describe what is essentially the cultural component of Marxism expressed in society outside of economics and production. It is taking the moral code behind communism and applying it to a market-based society.
Greg Abbott and Ken Paxton are the system, and they uphold “cancel culture.” They have a big platform to explain these concepts and fight them, but they won’t because they agree them or they can’t because they’re afraid of incurring its wrath. I tend to believe they simply agree with every leftist premise and are just pretending otherwise when it’s convenient. They’ll cancel you too if you violate leftist dogma.
Let’s pretend for a moment that Abbott was serious. Better yet, let’s pretend we had an entirely different man as governor. Using the Texas Department of Public Safety is obviously a great solution to a lot of the problems normal people have in these Democrat-infested cities. In fact, we already have a position within the DPS that was established with the intent of providing for the “common defense.” Many know them today as evil white supremacists, but most of us know them as the Texas Rangers.
In 1823, Stephen F. Austin made the first official reference to “Rangers” in Texas. He said “I will employ 10 men to act as Rangers for the common defense.” He paid their salaries in the form of land ownership. This had the effect of creating a sense of real ownership in the cause of Texians, as well as reinforce the independent mindset prevenant in the settlement at the time. The “citizen soldier” model of response to threats was wildly popular among the Texians. The Rangers were stronger than a militia, but not quite as strong as an army. One might say it was a “new movement.”
It was the Texas Rangers who did the dirty work the army didn’t want to do in the Mexican War. The Texas Rangers kept the lines of communication open for the US military and fought off any guerrilla fighters causing trouble.
The Rangers were also called in to quell civil unrest. If there was a lynching or some kind of mob broke out, the Rangers would come in and stabilize the situation.
In 1901, the Rangers were officially reorganized from a frontier defense force into the lawman of today. A similar change in direction is needed now, and we need these lawnman to transition into defenders of the republic.
Along with superior tech, the Texas Rangers were able to defeat the dreaded and feared Comanche Indians because they learned to fight like Comanches. Democrats, like the fat disgusting slob Jerry Nadler, go out in public and talk to the media with a straight face and tell them antifa violence is “a myth.” He says this despite everyone seeing the footage for themselves every weekend. This expectation of terrorism and lying about it is apparently now the standard by which we are operating politically, and so now we must learn to fight like Democrats.
All these thing are, of course, concepts in the abstract. Right now, police are not on our side. Sorry, boomer. They’re just not. They kneel to BLM and they protect antifa while harassing people who don’t follow the new Virus Codes. So all of this is contingent upon an entirely new political machine and not something we can drop into the current system.
This new force can be created. In fact, all the laws we need are already on the books.
