Patriot Matt Krause files bill to Punish Abbott, Other Virus Tyrants
Two bills filed in the Texas House today by veteran freedom fighter Matt Krause [Real R - HD93] would restrict or deter the virus dictatorship we have been living under at the state level throughout 2020.
HB 906 goes for the jugular and bans the dictatorial powers wielded by the governor or other presiding officer of the governing body of a political subdivision. Under the proposed law, the governor would no longer be able to declare mega corporations as “essential” while forcing small businesses to close.
This is exactly how it should be — All or nothing.
If there’s actually a real pandemic, then the government should lock people in their homes and use the military (Texas has its own military) to deliver food and other essential items in hazmat suits. That’s what a real pandemic looks like.
HB 905 is particularly great because it doesn’t remove the ability of the governor or other official from closing businesses because of a disaster declaration, but if they do, they will have their salaries gutted or withheld entirely.
It’s totally savage.
There are exemptions to the proposed law that are clearly meant to exclude real disasters like hurricanes and other events that require evacuation.
It seems to be a pretty great troll on these officials who have wrecked the lives of countless Texans by their decisions to implement a plan to destroy the middle class and enrich international conglomerates. All of it done at the behest of the media by showing sad pictures.
These creeps will think twice if they will personally be effected by their decision to remove the choices from Texans on whether it’s safe for them to run their businesses.
What is the argument against this bill?
Is jankey Clay Jenkins not willing to forgo getting paid to save the lives of 80-year-olds?
He should come out support it. Or else he doesn’t care about people.
Whether or not these bills go anywhere remains to be seen.
You should ask your state rep to sponsor. If they refuse, let us know.
