Dallas County Judge Releases Child Rapist on Five Year Probation

Once again, Current Revolt’s network of secret squirrels informed us of Dallas’ complete failure to protect its own citizens. Dallas County Judge Ernest White, released Jamie Jasso Elias, a Mexican citizen, to five years’ probation for the rape of a 15 year old child.

Below we have included an excerpt from the police report detailing the whole incident. Warning: the report is incredibly graphic and disturbing. If you’d like to spare yourself the details, the general summary is that Elias followed his fiancé’s child into a bedroom, waited for her to fall asleep, then repeatedly and violently assaulted and raped her.

 The evidence was so overwhelming the Jamie Jasso Elias pleaded guilty.

For some reason, Judge White has decided that the correct course of action for a Mexican-national raping this child in our country was to release him back into our society with 5 years probation. Why, at minimum, isn’t he being deported back to Mexico?

Don’t worry though, Dallas county notified his consulate.

We imagine Mexico doesn’t want him back.
