Health officials said Dallas County broke the record for single-day cases since the beginning of the pandemic began, and that hospitalizations remain at near record highs.
Dallas County Health and Human Services reported 2,842 cases of the novel coronavirus Saturday, of which 530 are considered probable. This brings the countywide total to 174,477 COVID-19 cases since tracking began in mid-March.
This story was brought to my attention when I saw a Facebook comment claiming that “11 people were found dead at home today from Covid.”
When I see a statement like that I think to myself “wow, that’s a lie, there’s a scam there.”
I pull up the story and BAM! there it is:

You can see they have “single-day record” and “11 residents found dead at home” in the same sentence. This would lead a reasonable person to think “Oh, they found 11 people dead at home in a single day. That’s pretty bad.”
This one particular Facebook commenter thought that, because conveying that message is the aim of the headline.
But that’s not what happened, because this is the biggest hoax in world history, and this commenter was hoaxed.
Covid patient or facebook commenter?
What is implied is that people are basically dying where they stand from this virus. This is actually a recycled lie from the start of the outbreak when there were, what we now know to be fake videos from Wuhan China of people collapsing in the street.
You have to scroll down past the jarring descriptions of the dead people (median age in 60’s, almost all with major health problems) to about the 100th line of the story to find out this number of “11 dead at home” was not in fact a “single day record.”
"These deaths are spread over several weeks as the autopsies and other prerequisites for their investigation and announcement took time to complete," said Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins.
They are testing every single dead body they find with these hoax PCR tests, which the New York Times admitted is wrong 90% of the time.
However, the hoax is solidified in the minds of most people now, and the New York Times does have a reputation that they have to somewhat maintain. Now that the damage is done, they will admit the truth and in 50 years people will look back and say “see, in 2020 the Times was on record saying the tests were fake.” Yet everyone who is alive today witnessing this unfold understands that the Times was a big promoter of the hoax.
