A Fair and Balanced Look at the TX Democrat’s Platform

I’m getting extremely bored waiting for nuclear war to start, so I figured I would start a series examining the half-baked agenda laid out in the Texas Democrat’s party platform.

This will probably be a series, because just like you can’t chug an entire keg of beer at once, you can’t swallow this entire platform in one sitting without vomiting.

So let’s jump right in.

Excellent

PREAMBLE

Texas Democrats believe the need for a well-functioning government that acts based on facts and evidence to preserve the life, health, and well-being of every person has never been more clear than now. The interdependence of every Texan on the actions of every other Texan challenges us to give of ourselves so that none of us fall. Together, we will overhaul the social contract and establish a new economic engine that allows all residents to thrive.

I’m already having second thoughts about this project.

The party of “change your gender minute-to-minute” is implying an imperative to act on the basis of facts and evidence?

They have claimed they wanted to act based on “facts and evidence” to change the weather for decades now.

Read this outdated version of facts and evidence here

In the second sentence, the phrase “challenges us to give of ourselves so that none of us fall” implies that the reason people continue to “fall” is that we aren’t doing what the Democrats want hard enough. “None of us fall” is clearly indicating that they plan for no people to ever fail in society.

It’s going to be quite the utopia.

An undocumented alien comes to earth to vote Democrat on Election Day

The final sentence further drives home the point that if you ain’t voting Democrat, then you ain’t black.

Wait, thats not what I mean.

Joe Biden, who claims to be the current President of the USA, is the most popular Democrat in history

What I mean to say is that these Dems believe “if you aren’t voting Democrat, then you just want people to suffer instead of thrive because you are pure evil and enjoy seeing people suffer.”

They also say they will overhaul the social contract, which I think happened with Covid when the government destroyed the middle class and locked everyone in their homes? I thought that did it.

Nevertheless, they seem to be serious about this whole “new economic engine.”

Together, we will overhaul the social contract and establish a new economic engine that allows all residents to thrive.

I hate to spoil it, but I have a feeling I know what model the engine is.
