TROUBLE INSIDE TEXAS RIGHT TO LIFE?
Word on the street right now is things aren’t going too well with Texas Right to Life.
Texas Right to Life is one of the premier political organizations in the country existing to abolish abortion legally and lawfully through the political process.
Abortion is such a popular topic with voters (it’s literally ending the lives of precious children and their sweet and tender spirits) that an entire industry of grift has developed in Texas and other Southern states around the political issue. Voters throw money and votes at this issue, because they just want it solved so badly.
But the popularity has been a double-edged sword. Texas literally has fake pro-life organizations run by liberals, who then endorse other liberals and unprincipled grifters to give them political cover against the few-and-far between conservatives who are not worried about hurting people’s feelings in achieving the abolition of abortion.
Texas Right to Life isn’t whoring out endorsements like another, allegedly, “anti-abortion” political group.
If you know who I’m talking about, then you know.
Texas Right to Life has always been pretty clear sending signals to activists that the plan is for abortion to be illegal and mothers going to prison if they kill their children.
In November of 2021, news broke that Jim Graham executive director of TXRTL and Kari Beckman, founder of home school hybrid Regina Caeli Academy, were involved an an affair.
Texas Right to Life and Regina Caeli Academy responded by removing both Graham and Beckman from their perspective organizations, with Graham also being removed from the board of Regina Caeli as he was connected to both organizations.
This left TXRTL in a very odd situation considering Jim Graham’s wife, Elizabeth Graham, was an active director for TXRTL.
Sources close to TXRTL have told us that this week Elizabeth Graham has been terminated from her role as Director.
That same source also told Current Revolt that Development Director, Rebekah Lentz, had left the organization citing frustrations with leadership at TXRTL. For those unaware, the Development Director role is the key position responsible for fundraising and maintaining donor relationships.
We’re told with the loss of both Jim Graham, Rebekah Lentz, and now Elizabeth Graham, the organization is left struggling to maintain relationships with big money donors.
We attempted to reach out to the number belonging to Elizabeth Graham for comment, but the number was disconnected.
Calls to Rebekah Lentz went unreturned.
Update 11:49am: Rebekah Lentz has reached out to confirm she left TXRTL after being offered another job.
