Boy on Scooter has Hormonal Episode Caught on Video
North Richland Hills Police are searching for a bearded boy, who is the father of at least one fur baby, for theft and destruction of property.
The boy was walking his dog and saw a flag with a blue stripe on it. Enraged at the color of the stripe, the boy returned later on a motorized scooter to steal the flag. Watch as the man notices the color of the stripe and begins to tremble with a hysterical rage.
It’s unclear if the flag will be charged with a hate crime for how the color of the stripe made the boy feel.
