VIRUS LAW: TX Supreme Court says You Will Wear the Mask!
Who could have predicted this shocking development?
The Texas Supreme Court cleared the way Thursday for school districts to require people to wear masks in classrooms — at least for now.
For cities, counties and school districts that have defied Gov. Greg Abbott by issuing mask mandates in public schools, the Thursday ruling is a victory on a technicality: The high court left in place a Travis County judge’s temporary restraining orders against Abbott’s ban on mask mandates. The court’s order cited a provision that typically requires matters to go to an appellate court before it reaches the state's highest civil court.
I’d look at what they said if I thought it even mattered. All this is outcome based, and you are being put into slavery through a new control grid from a corporate world government.
Ever since I read those State Supreme Court opinions from electron integrity lawsuits in swing states before the election, I knew with certainty that we were under a permanent martial law. These judges said very matter-of-factly that the constitution is selectively suspended because of a virus existing. They dressed it up, but you could isolate this reasoning very clearly.
I almost never discourage people from filing lawsuits. If you want to go that route, I’m not your mommy. But just know that justice is not found in America right now. You have carnival game odds at this point of getting a fair trial if you disagree with the system’s tyranny.
Anyone who has sat through a KrisAnne Hall presentation knows that the courts are hotbeds for corruption in our system of governance — the one that’s evolved for a thousand years from things like the Magna Carta, etc.
Anyways, Abbott is going to win by courts taking the blame for new virus restrictions.
I can only imagine how bad Abbott plans to sell us out. Friendly reminder — Abbott’s government is still doing that contract tracing scam for hundreds of millions of dollars. No law was passed, they’re just doing it!
Guys, they are already paying people to sit around and stalk people who have been sick.
Honestly, where do you think this goes? Do you think this just goes away? Your phone has the tracking app installed already!
For the past two weeks, Abbott and Paxton have tried to beat back cities, counties and school districts that have either challenged Abbott’s order or ignored it altogether. Some 58 school districts and eight counties have instituted mask mandates of some kind, according to a list compiled by Paxton, whose office argued that the local mandates were causing “mass confusion” in Texas.
It’s funny how many school teachers are so often simply parrots for system propaganda about everything. The leftist ones are always the loudest, and Republicans are now simply paying a ransom payment to teachers every single session to keep these education special interest groups off their backs.
Whether it was HB3 from the 86th, or the “13th check” bribe from this special session, it’s amazing that it’s never enough. And now the lazy broads want masks forever so they don’t have to make an effort to look decent for work!
Dan Patrick actually had it right last year when he said this:
Of course, it’s much more than “save the economy.” It’s “save our society.”
It’s not “volunteer to die” it’s “live like normal humans” and have experiences, form connections and experience relationships. What we are doing is wrecking the lives of young people with a bizarre terror campaign of hidden germs and constant threats to have freedoms taken away.
But this message from Patrick that we act normal was not received well by many when Patrick said it, including many people whom Patrick did not want to lose support from. So he backed off, and there were no more voices of dissent from fundamental claim of the virus regime — that keeping old people alive indefinitely is the core objective of our society.
What people didn’t realize is that this comes with a mishmash of dictatorships. From the PTA president to County Judge, virus fiefdoms are popping up everywhere where vaxxers and anti-vaxxers clash and everything is some kind of political fight.
Clay Jenkins turned his court into a Virus-centered operation in about 3 seconds in 2020 and he hasn’t looked back, only getting more and more fanatical about managing everyone else’s germs.
Here, Jenkins harasses John Wiley Price about wearing a mask during a remote meeting, to which Price hilariously responds, “sheeeiit.”
In a surreal moment of the emperor having no clothes, J.J. Koch points out that Jenkins is enforcing these rules that he’s making up from whole cloth as if they are legitimate.
Then in the backdrop of all this, we had some kind of MAGA bomber false flag in DC today, apparently?
Nothing looking good on the horizon for the moment.
So yeah, hold on to your butts.
