THE ANTI-GUN, PRO-REPARATIONS CANDIDATE FOR THE GOP
We previously reported on Melissa M. Wilson, a 2020 Democrat Candidate, that woke up one day and decided to run as a Republican instead.
Many establishment politicians and low IQ individuals have come out in her defense claiming she’s a “conservative” and that we simply don’t “know her back story.”
Well unfortunately for RINOs and Low IQ individuals everywhere, the internet allows us to look up someone’s “back story”, and in this case, that back story comes in the form of video by African Diaspora News Channel, a black nationalist website, who spoke with Melissa and endorsed her run as a Democrat against Al Green just last year:
Discussion of Melissa M. Wilson begins at 13:36
Some interesting things from the video:
“She won’t sell out to these folks” (moderate, establishment Democrats)
“She has progressive ideas for the black community”
She believes (in) reparations for the black community
“Reparations means a check for the black community.”
“It don’t need no study, we don’t need to hear about no HR 40, it needs to be a check cut.”
Is this conservative?
African Diaspora News, who spoke with and endorsed Melissa M. Wilson, also sells Black Panther gear.
Also found was an interview by Vote Smart during her run in 2020 against Al Green where Melissa cemented her progressive-leftists views.
Melissa answered the questionnaire stating she:
Supported government funded green energy initiatives
Supported government regulation of greenhouse gasses
Supported gun control legislation.
Did not support repealing Obamacare
Is this conservative?
Further evidence of anti-gun viewpoints are found when putting Melissa’s own website into the Internet Archive Wayback Machine taking us back to the state of her website in December of 2019.
Is this conservative?
We don’t think so. But the word “conservative” is dead nowadays and people can just define it as whatever they want.
UPDATE: We’ve been sent donation history for Melissa and there are multiple donations to Democrat orgs including the Democrat party and ActBlue.
Conservative choice, huh?
