Just another scam.
Then he says defending public safety, which is the most generic claim a government can possibly make.
Then the old “conservative budget” claim makes its appearance. The conservative budget claim is a scam these politicians run every single time, with a balanced budget being required by law.
Nevertheless, the man pulls off these scams looking much more dapper than required by law.
But not everyone is fooled. In fact, some guys are pissed.
