The Lt. Gov. has refused to finalize any version of the constitutional carry bill until he knows he has support in the Senate to pass it. Meanwhile, the senators needed to pass it have refused to agree to support a bill they haven’t read. Wild nonsense about “concerned law enforcement” (that boot taste good?") and “keeping guns out of the hands of criminals” is flying everywhere right now.
