Sports Car Enthusiast Rep. Dan Huberty [R-127] to Retire

Unfortunate news for alcohol enjoyers with political aspirations today. Dan Huberty announced his plan to resign once his term expires.

For those who can’t remember, Huberty was previously arrested back in April on charges of booze cruising.

After pounding a few on his way back from a hard day arguing about dog tethering laws in Austin, Dan ran his 500 horsepower American Muscle car into, what some have claimed, are possible illegal aliens. His reasons for doing this, we think, have absolutely nothing to do with alcohol.

Unfortunately for Huberty, Montgomery County District Attorney Brett Ligon, is a total square and had Huberty arrested.

This is an absolute hit-job against Huberty as anyone who follows science and statistics knows that drunk drivers only account for 28% of alcohol fatalities. A minority compared to fatalities by those sober.

30 year olds just over the legal limit are less likely to get into accidents than sober 90 year olds on a per mile basis. This is SCIENCE and MATH. The same things we use to measure the seriousness of COVID.

What are Huberty’s political plans after resigning?

Rumor has it he plans on running for Governor of Texas. Even farther right than Don Huffines.

Dan Huberty has a solid, bulletproof plan to get rid of the Mexican and Haitian invaders coming in from the south.
